Hey this is Axel, your surpreme cosplay group planner.

I'm am calling a meeting, it is getting close to 2010, and we need to set some things down and I want it down now.

Things are going to be discussed, and these things had better be abosred into your heads and you MUST commit these things to memory. We are a group as random as our personalities, and we need to set some ground rules.

Things I am going to bring up:
- A group budget, for cons, cosplay, and ound those lines. Zexion and I are going to work on a good estamiet on this part.
- A video camra, there is good news on this front, becuase my mom said she'd get me one for Xmas.
- Rules and Guidelines, we need these, because our other so called 'meetings' are parties and we get nothing done. We must exaimne the difference.

Other things will be discussed, and you guys must attened, if you cannot, something like 'it's my friend's cousin's sister's birthday' is crap, and you better cancle and get your butt to the meeting

If something important (i.e. wedding/funeral, parent's birthday) and you cannot attend, someone WILL be made to take notes and get them to you as soon as possibal.

One other thing that we need to discuss is memebers. If someone is either not commeted, isnt directly into the group or cosplay, or I have found that they are not a good choice to have in the group(i.e. jerks, annoying people, someone who gets on more than one person's nevers) WILL not be counted as a memeber, is that clear enough? Now I do realise that some members, such as Larxene, cannot atend for obvisou reasons, and she is one of the people who will get notes.

THIS IS A MEETING NOT A PARTY When it is time to get down to business, you better settle down and take out notepads.
